2 trees cut down, two trees extensively pruned and two trees reduced
Four of them got "stuck in" very quickly and amazed me by their speed.  Their attitude was professional but friendly. They removed exactly what I asked them to do and made an excellent job of the two Lawson's cypress trees at the front.

On the whole satisfied with the work done.  It was slightly down by some of Wayne's team asking for coffee several times through the day instead of it being offered. Bit cheeky in my opinion.

At the time of undertaking this work we had a young man working for us who was on a probationary period and sadly we were unaware that he had behaved this way and indeed that he had not worked to our usual high standard. We were away at the time that this feedback was published but immediately upon our return we contacted this customer to apologise. Needless to say the young man did not become a permanent member of staff.
