I can't say enough about how hard Jonathan and his team worked on our move. They are all very friendly guys, who just got stuck in and got the job done, with no fuss whatsoever. Nothing was a problem. Our move was completed on time and on budget. They even put our beds back together and plumbed in the washing machine, without being asked! These guys are truly fantastic, I simply couldn't have asked them to do more. I booked literally 2 days before our move so they had very short notice and despite this worked well over the estimated time and into the evening removing a full Luton and then some from two properties both with challenging stairs and difficult angles for larger items. Smiling and hard working to the last my partner and I were left feeling guilty for not having to lift a finger, the lads even asked if our bed was in the right position for us in our new room and moved it to the desired location in addition to setting up the matters for us. They welcomed instruction as to which boxes should go where despite four sets of stairs between some rooms and their van. Truly a magnificently run family business, methodical, considerate and diligent work without charging for the full extra hour leaving me budget to offer a tip which was both deserved and hard earnt. I will be using them again and recommending them to my friends. Thank you for making an important move in our lives a smooth and surprisingly enjoyable experience! Top marks!

Jon and Carl arrived promptly at the arranged time, were very friendly and polite, and efficiently emptied our flat and loaded it carefully into the lorry. On arrival at our new home they unloaded and placed everything exactly where we asked. In addition Jon and his team proved to be both very flexible and responsible when there was a problem with the lifts at the storage facility which significantly delayed unloading. This flexibility allowed myself and my wife to catch a flight and go on holiday with the truck still loaded. Jon kept us up to date with progress until the lift was repaired and our belongings unloaded. Highly recommended.

Having pored through Yellow Pages we were relieved to find all the positive comments about Jonathan on Checkatrade. He accommodated our timings and showed real respect towards our property, the rental house into which we have just moved and was charming with our small children. He and his colleague were a pleasure to have around due to his laid back nature, and his pricing is very reasonable in a competitive market. Jonathan helped us with our house move. Jonathan is professional, courteous and took as much pride and care of our belongings as if they were his own. It was an awful rainy day on our move date, we have cream carpets and there was not one bit of dirt on the carpet throughout the day, this is because Jonathan ensured that he wiped his feet each time entering the house. Jonathan does not have a website however all positive comments on this website are true and accurate. We have moved house four times in the last three years and Waights is by far the best removals we have used. I cannot emphasise enough the exceptional standard and quality of service Jonathan provided for us. In fact we were so impressed with him we paid him a little extra! If you want a hassle free move and a reliable removal company then Waights are the people to use, you will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend these people too highly! This was a very difficult move for me, as I am partially disabled. I was very behind with my packing (I have amassed a large collection of books, CD's and records, etc), but they arrived first thing in the morning and spent the day helping me pack before carrying out the actual move, in doing which they displayed evidence of virtually superhuman strength and industry! Jon then returned the following Monday to help move the remaining few items after the final clear-up of my old flat, all at a bargain price. Moreover, Jon and his assistant on the Friday were two of the nicest and most considerate people you could ever hope to meet. If I could award a score of 11 or more in every respect, then I would willingly do so ...

Phoned Waights removals regarding moving from Eastbourne to Hove on Monday 20th September as I was in a rush to move, Jonathan was very professional and completely understanding of my situation. Jonathan arrived at my address in Eastbourne at the time we arranged with a member of his staff and handled my property with such expertise and care. All unboxed items were individually wrapped in blankets to make sure no damaged was caused in transit. When they unloaded at my new address in Hove they was no problem in Jonathan moving furniture 2 - 3 times as I couldn't decide where to put them ! I would highly recommend Waights Removals to anyone who wants to move.

Extremely friendly guys, very professional and exceptionally reasonable. Much cheaper than others I had quotes from, because it was an hourly rate rather than a fixed fee based on the particulars of the move. Would very seriously recommend this firm to anybody.

The guys were excellent. The morning of the move the lift broke, so everything had to come down from my third floor flat manually. When I told them there was no problems, they just got on with it. They worked quickly and efficiently and with a smile. When we got to my new place, again they got on with a job quickly. Again it was a top floor flat, with no lift. At one point it didn't look like the sofa would make it up the stair due to being narrow. They made it their job to make sure it got up the stairs and it did. Would 100% recommend them on all aspects. They over delivered from my expectations!
