Clive was excellent in identifying the best product for my property type, sourcing the materials and installing the boiler. He gave me an estimate of cost and time and stuck to both of these, he also left my house in exactly the state he found it. Clive removed the existing boiler from the kitchen and installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in our on suite bathroom wardrobe, changed valves and added thermostats to all the radiators, the job lasted three days and everything required was completed to our complete satisfaction. Would recommend highly to everyone.

I had been put off replacing my old boiler by expectations of upheaval and the need for subsequent redecoration; now, having had a new boiler fitted by Watergate, I wish that I had not delayed for so long. Clive and his colleagues were extremely professional, courteous and very tidy as they replaced the boiler and upgraded other components of my central heating. The entire job was completed to a very high standard with no upheaval and left a need for only very minor retouching of the decor where the old programmer had been removed. I will have no hesitation in calling on Clive for any future plumbing needs or in recommending his company to others.

I had to have my old boiler replaced and a neighbour of mine recommended Watergate. Clive and his colleague Tyler were extremely efficient - From the initial contact, the quote and the actual job itself - they arrived on time and tidied up behind them. They are both very polite and kept me informed throughout. They ensured I understood all the work they carried out. I would definitely recommend them and if ever in the future I need a plumber - I would definitely go back to Clive and his team.

I was so impressed by the work Watergate undertook. Clive was amazing, arrived on time, kept everywhere tidy and made clear recommendations for the boiler. I had to have my boiler replaced and Clive was able to squeeze me in last minute and rescue our heating system. He managed to complete the work all on time and now we have an excellent boiler working brilliantly. He made sure everything was working and I understood how everything worked before he left. Definitely the best plumbing company I have ever hired and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clive.

I would thoroughly recommend Clive and his team. They replaced an old boiler with new a condensing boiler and I was very keen to minimise the impact of the additional pipes that the condensing boiler required. Clive managed to find a tiny gap to feed the pipes through to ensure they remain completely hidden despite there be a number of much easier options that he could have used. I am convinced that no other firm would have had the patience or the perseverance to achieve the result they managed to achieve. On top of the brilliant end result they turned up when they said they would, worked non stop all day from 8.00am to 9.00pm to minimise disruption by having to come back a second day, cleaned up after the job was done leaving the house spotless and provided excellent value for money. I would highly recommend them without hesitation if you are thinking about replacing your boiler.

Clive and his colleague of Watergate Engineering have done an outstanding job on our replacement Central Heating Boiler and new thermostatic valves on radiators. They turned up on time and always cleared up at the end of each day. They even looked after the dog when we were both at work! I would thoroughly recommend them.

Clive has restored my faith! He was polite, professional and did an excellent job. Every day he made sure we were happy with the works as they progressed. Had a replacement boiler fitted earlier this year. A relatively straightforward job for Clive. A few complications encountered with the Gledhill Boilermate that we have installed but Clive and his colleagues worked through those. We've also used Clive for some landlord safety checks recently. Always polite, courteous, trustworthy and no worries about having them in the house.

My faith in plumbers is restored! Clive and his team were efficient, punctual and polite. He did everything exactly as promised and made sure I was happy with the work. He also did an excellent job of clearing up afterwards (including replastering and driving well out of his way to find a matching house brick for the old flue hole). I can thoroughly recommend him.

I can highly recommend Clive on all counts. He installed a new Gas Boiler which had 'supposedly' been fixed by a rogue plumber two weeks prior to his visit. Upon viewing the outside of the boiler he knew straightaway that there had been carbon monoxide escaping. Will not hesitate to call Clive when any further work is required - he is very reliable, honest and very competitive price wise.
