Plastering, and wiring
Mr Walker did a good job o plastering my kitchen in the process also pointed out some errors in the wiring and replaced the wires to sockets on the ringmain. I would recommend to others and use again.

Giles and his colleagues went above and beyond what was expected to ensure the work was carried out to the highest standard and that we were kept updated and informed about progress. Highly professional. Giles clearly takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Put damp proofing in interior wall.

Giles and his team did a great job! They were punctual, friendly and professional, it was clear at all stages what was going on. At the end of each day they cleared up and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the condition that they left my house in. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

To combat the rising damp on a section of wall.

The work by the team mate was immaculate and extremely tidy while working and the area of the work was thoroughly hovered and cleaned after the days work. Although he was under the weather he was very accommodating and pleasant and every staged of the work was explained. I am very happy with the work.

Heat recovery condensation control.

Giles called to give me an estimate on 25th March. He was a very pleasant man and gave a thorough description of the work to be done. He followed up with an email containing detailed information on the heat recovery system he would be installing and said that the work could be done within two weeks. The work was actually completed on 4th April. We had a unit fitted in the bathroom and a bedroom and it has really made a difference keeping the rooms condensation free. I would not hesitate to recommend Giles and his team and will definitely use them again if I need similar work done.

Basement conversion.

We originally received a quote from Giles a couple of years ago, to convert our basement, but because we had to wait for him to start the job (and I was impatient!) we went with another company. Unfortunately this company not only did a bad job, but also failed to complete the work, before 'going bust'. When we realised the work had not been done correctly, we went straight back to Giles who was understanding of our predicament and appreciated how reluctant we were to do the job again. He supplied a reasonable quote and a schedule of the job's timings and stuck to both (even trying to save money where he could along the way). His team were professional, courteous and respectful and made every effort to clean up along the way. He also was able to recommend plumbers and carpenters to complete the work he was not able to. I have no hesitation in recommending Giles and his team, and only wish we'd used him the first time around. They have renewed my faith and are well worth the wait!

Condensation control.

Very helpful with information, which was supplied before the work began, giving reason why the problem had arisen. They were on time and completed the job in 2 days fitting extractor fans in kitchen and bathroom. They cleaned the black spots off the walls and ceiling in kitchen and bathroom and left Mould Killer to put in the paint when repainting.

Damp proof membrane affixed to two walls of an alcove in our living room.

Giles and his team were professional, punctual, communicative and very concerned to maintain the cleanliness of the rest of our home whilst the work was carrying on. The work was finished in less time than Giles had estimated and to a very high standard.
