A first-rate job. Dan and Jimmy worked really hard, they are polite and friendly and we are really pleased with the result. Thoroughly recommended. I submitted feedback immediately but it does not seem to have been received.

Renew lead gutter around chimney stack and replace some tiles.
The scaffolding was erected but due to poor weather the work could not be done straight away but I was kept fully informed. I was able to inspect the work when done which appeared high quality. I would certainly use again.

Put in Velux windows, repaired chimney, re-rendered and painted around bay window.
We are always pleased with the results when using Watertight Roofing. They have previously replaced a leaking vent on roof and cleared and fixed guttering. Dan and Jimi are careful to complete the work exactly as the customer wants it done, and to keep the area as tidy as possible in the process. They are reliable, easy to work with, very hardworking and also flexible. We changed size of window and they were happy to accommodate this. Dan and Jimi also fix any extra problems they notice while doing the intended work (e.G replacing broken roof tiles). They are also polite and can put up with inquisitive toddlers! Dan provided guarantee and we are by happy with the new windows and other work. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Replaced tiles and lined with felt.
Dan and the team turned up on the date expected nice and early (8ish). The team worked throughout the day not really even stopping for tea breaks. There ended up more work than expected with batons needing to be replaced as they had rotted after 150 years and also with additional weight (workers moving around) and hammering there needed to be some touch up work to the bed room on the inside. This all took an extra day to sort out, but Dan took this on without additional cost. They also took on a couple of little extra jobs while the scaffolding was up, which I was grateful for. Given the latest hamming of rain over the past several weeks, there has been no sign of any water getting in. Great work!
