Established in 2008 by Carpenter of 17 years, Alan Perrett, Waverley Construction Services is a general building company that provides a 'start' to 'finish' service from design through to the finishing touches of a build. Although a fairly new company, Waverley Construction Services has already undertaken a number of extensions, renovations and are about start work on our second new build.
We undertake all aspects of work from small pieces of carpentry to extensions, renovations and new builds. Our aim is to do the work with the minimal of disruption to the client, in a clean and tidy way with the highest standards of construction and finish.
All the team take pride in their work and work in collaboration with the client, to ensure that the client's requirements are met.

The work was carried out efficiently and always with regards for what we wanted done - even when that required calling us abroad or moving a wall. The workers were not only competent but also polite and always tidied up before leaving the house. We would have them back for other work.

Renovation of ground floor of house
Work included new kitchen, back door moved, repointing, plastering of walls/ceilings, refurbishing wooden sash windows with double glazed panels, guttering and internal/external decoration all of which were completed to a high standard in a timely fashion. Alan and his team were always very hard working, courteous and tidy - and also patient as we were bad and kept adding extra little tasks to the job or changing our minds slightly as the job went on which I'm sure was frustrating from their side but they never showed it! Alan takes pride in his work and has willingly come back to address a few, evitable snagging points. I cannot recommend them highly enough; we will definitely call them if we need anything further done in the future.

Repair to broken guttering
I called many roofers in order to fix some broken guttering in an emergency in the snow and only Waverley were willing and prepared to do the job. They turned up within the hour and were very courteous throughout - well recommended.
