Aerial head replaced with new alignment and signal boosted.
We had only been able to receive the 20 or so most common TV channels and I wanted to see whether it was possible to obtain the full range. Thanks to the Wear Communications chaps we now can. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent job and delighted with the results.

Faulty picture rectified by replacing aerial head.
I rang lunchtime and they managed to visit later on in afternoon which was great. Quick and efficient team. TV working well now and price reasonable for job. Very pleased. Will call them again in future definitely.

TV reception problem rectified with three way splitter.
Glen established exactly where the problem was straightaway and fixed it immediately. He was very polite and friendly and the price was very good. I would recommend this company to everyone, they are extremely efficient and definitely know their stuff!

Re-established signal to TV by replacing aerial cable on outside.
Excellent. Immediately identified the problem, gave a price and got to work. Also re-tuned all my TVs to improve the sky picture. Would definitely use again.

Standard call out fee, supplied Wolsey wps100/1 Power unit and flylead
These guys are very skilled and managed to find the problem and fix within 5 minutes (didn't even have time for the kettle to boil!). We had moved into a new house but could not get any signal, it turns out that the previous occupiers had taken the Power Unit with them so it just needed a new one plugged into the back of the TV in order to restore the signal.
