I am a very happy customer. The guys came when they said they would. They listened to my request for tv extensions in two of my bedrooms. They investigated and provided a couple of options on the best way to achieve this regarding cabling and socket location and then worked quickly and competently. They were both tidy and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Glen and his colleague were working next door and I grabbed them by chance, asking if they had time to come and look at our dish. It was no problem to pop round and they managed to fix it on the spot. I then decided to have a television installed in the kitchen and the guys did a fantastic job. They were friendly, discussed all possible options and prices before we started and we are extremely pleased with the work they have done for us. Highly recommended!

Sky dish got out of alignment after a tile guard fell from the roof. Phoned and left a message on Sunday. Glen called straight back, same day and we fixed a date and time. They sorted out the dish in minutes. Just had to pay the call-out charge. Punctual, efficient, reasonable.

Glen and his associate turned up and completed the work well within the time slot advised. They were very considerate when walking into the property to check the signal strength and took off dirty boots on the door step, even though I had not asked them or even thought about it. They managed to gain suitable access via a neighbours garden and asked for permission (which is more than my neighbours workmen have ever done in 10 months of extensive building works!!). The picture quality after the replacement is great.

Being at Haywards Heath Orthopaedic Treatment Centre we have to be very aware of heath and safety, Wear Communications were well aware of all the aspects of working in this sort of environment, their communication skills with very vulnerable people was excellent, they are trustworthy, reliable and know what there doing and how to go about it. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wear Communications. They came along and in an hour an a half had sorted out the TV signal that had been disappearing erratically for over a year. They took the time to find out what the problem actually was rather than assuming what it might be. We'd previously been told by another company that the only certain solution was to have a satellite system installed. Glenn's detective work showed that wasn't the case and saved us over £800 on the quote we'd been given for that. They'll be my first port of call for any TV/aerial work I need done in the future.

We experienced a total loss of TV picture and called in Wear Communications. They quickly diagnosed a failure of a cable junction high on the outside wall. The junction had been installed when scaffolding was present and was completely inaccessible so we were worried. Wear Comms came up with an alternative scheme involving minimal disruption and no exterior junctions. They quoted and returned the following week. After a couple of hours they produced a neat and reliable installation. No problems since. Very pleased.

Glen came when he said he would and was very courteous and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the amplifier and then noticed that the roof aerial was not completely upright. He had to carry his ladders quite a distance to right this and then he re-set all the television sets in the house.

The house is Victorian and we wanted the dish and wiring to be as inconspicuous as possible. Glen came up with excellent suggestions for placing the dish and routing the wiring to ensure that as little as possible was visible, while at the same time minimizing disruption to and mess in the house. Glenn was very helpful and courteous. He took to explain my errors in moving and resetting up my VCR and DVD to main television and helped me to set up Freeview and how to use the digital channels. When this did not work correctly the first time, he kindly returned to sort out the problem successfully. We asked Glen to put a dish on the roof of a 3 storey building. Because it is in a busy pedestrian area he agreed to come at 07:00 and install it. Quality work. Dish installed discretely along the side of the house so you cannot see it from street level, with a quad LNB: four cables run, two the lounge and two to the bedroom. Cables dressed nicely with vertical and horizontal lines, with a good purchase to the wall - in my mind as it should be done. Cable presented internally on a two port plate per room. Glen took advantage of the riser in the house. Looks like the house was built with this installation. Plugged in my Humax, picture perfect, no problems whatsoever even given the unusual placing of the dish. It's pretty obvious Glen knows that he's doing, and did exactly what we needed: A quality installation put in right first time that will need little or no maintenance in future, and at the quoted price. I have already recommended him to a friend. Excellent work. If I need any more work done I will be giving him a call.

I called Glen on Monday and told him my problem. Within an hour he was round my house and gave me a reasonable quote.A day and a half after that he was on my roof installing a Stacker/Destacker - a device that allows a single feed to give signal to both Sky HD inputs - meaning that we can actually record progs now. Not only did he install this, he spotted a broken tile on my roof and fixed it for me whilst he was up there. Glen also put a feed from the RF out of the sky box and used existing analogue cabling to get this into our bedroom - he gave us a magic eye so we can turn it over for a very minimal cost compared to the high street. We weren't charged any extra for him joining a cable or 2 to make this possible.I've had some serious cowboys in my house with a lot of work going on - and Glen certainly is NOT one of them! Give him a call - he even takes his shoes off! ;)
