The first time I used them the quotes were very good, but I felt they found a way of increasing the price. The workmen were very efficient. In my opinion I would advise to be aware of the price increasing.

Response from Webley Heating:
The customer had been provided with an estimate prior to any works being carried out which he duly accepted. On starting the job and after removing several kitchen units it became apparent that a hidden original gas pipe to the boiler was the incorrect size of 15mm. This then had to be increased to 22mm to comply with the manufacturers and Gas Safe Regulation. This was pointed out and fully explained to the customer who was made aware of an addtional cost involved. The upgrade of this pipework was carried out for an extra charge as it had not been accounted for in the original estimate.
