A fantastic company. I was quoted for a two day job which was done exactly as quoted. The guys that did the job were extremely courteous and tidy and did a fantastic job despite the bad weather. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who has any problems with their conservatory as the quote was reasonable and the job finished to a high standard. Very "tidy" job. The guys produced two very smart replacement polycarbonate roofs with lead flashing. Finished to a high standard, including boxing in a vine to stop it spreading along the eaves. No leaks so far and hoping that will be the case for years to come.

Steve is true to his word! My roof has proven to an on going repair, Steve and his team have been back several times to sort the leaks, each visit as good as the first!! Was hoping that it was going to be 3rd time lucky, but this is not to be. Guessing my roof is proving to be a challenge for the "Wellcare team" Have the tea and biscuits ready and waiting!!

As a Landlord I always have trouble attending work on my property. The original work was quote on a simple conservatory roof layer change but after the first visit it became obvious the damage underneath the roof and the wood damage was massive. I was worried but I was very clearly and partially advised on the work by Steve. Work was carried out very quickly and efficiently with out me having to attend, which is a huge benefit. The work looks amazing and my tenants mentioned the implacable behavior of the guys during the 3 days. They even went back another day to sort out some gutter issue that wasn't planned (no extra charge...) as they felt it would damage there work. You don't often have this type of professionalism, trust me...I recommend it 100%.

Steve and Emily provided an absolutely first rate service and cured a long standing problem which had been causing us a lot of stress. Not only did they trace and remedy the leak, they also meticulously cleaned off the vast amounts of sealant applied by the builder as well as cleaning out all the valleys and guttering. Wellcare were not the cheapest quote I received but the service they provide was definitely reflective of their charges and I cannot recommend them highly enough; You certainly get what you pay for in my experience. The workmen Bob and Dave were the best. Neat careful and very good. We have had a conservatory leak for 5 years and after Wellcare had removed all the gutters and spent time on the conservatory roof and repaired the box valley gutter the leaks have gone.

Steve came round to assess the conservatory, I had some leakage from the box valley gutter and I had spent out endless amounts of money trying to keep my conservatory cool throughout the summer months with very little success. Steve suggested a new polycarbonate roof with solar panels inserted which would give me 80% block from the sun and keep in heat throughout the winter months. I went along with this advice and I have not looked back. The conservatory is like a different room now. Steve and his team do exactly what it says on the tin. They work hard and are very polite often finishing after 18.00hrs which is a refreshing change.

I had some problems with my conservatory, roof leaking, damp areas etc. Steve came and identified the problems, explained carefully to me why I was having the problems (without treating me like I was an idiot) and then gave me a quotation in a very timely manner. Bob, Graham and Steve arrived exactly at the time they said they would both days and didn't finish either day before 6pm, even though it was dark! They did an excellent job, were polite, friendly and quiet. They respected my house and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I would also be delighted to show others the work they have done. Hopefully my leaks will have now stopped, obviously the acid test is a lot of rain fall! However, even if I'm still having problems Steve has guaranteed his work and he will come back if the problems persist.

The conservatory roof was leaking in three places but we did not know what was causing it . They considered the problem tested as much as they could using the garden hose pipe. Having tried everything, they worked on what they thought it was, carried out the work to a high specification and cured the problem on the first visit. Their commitment was to fix no matter how many time they visited.

Steve and the team were brilliant. It shouldn't be such a breath of fresh air when someone does exactly what they promised (and then some), but it is. They cleaned our conservatory incredibly thoroughly, in very cold weather, repairing leaks and other problems as they went. Despite rain and snow since, we have had no drips at all, where we had before. Steve even took the decorative top home with him to prime and repaint - additional time that was absorbed into the agreed fee. Fantastic, and couldn't recommend Wellcare more.

Job assessment on time and full information given. Arrived as stated to complete the work. Three men spent two days totally refurbishing conservatory inside and out (including taking down and cleaning the blinds). First class workmen and a pleasure to have around the house. Left the place clean and tidy overnight and very clean upon completion. Conservatory looked like new when they had finished. Gave guarantee to return if problem persisted and did return to finalise the job after rainfall confirmed leak had been fixed. Would confidently recommend Wellcare to other conservatory owners.

I cannot speak too highly of Steve and his team, who worked tirelessly through dreadful weather to complete the refurbishment as agreed. The approach, meticulous attention to detail, care and professionalism with which the work was done was exemplary. Steve asked for no deposit up front or any payment until the work was completed. For most of the time there were five people on site at any one time. When they left it was as if they hadn't been...apart from the excellent job done on the roof. Highly recommended.

We had some bad leaks around our guttering, plus slipped and broken glass panels on the roof of our 20-year-old conservatory. The work has been carried out to our total satisfaction - with workmen returning almost immediately to rectify one very minor leak afterwards in the roof. They have promised to return to rectify any other problems in the future, which we will hold them to. All in all a job well done.

This successful repair was carried out most professionally, with Steve, the MD, taking a quiet and efficient interest in the task from the moment of first contact. The cost was minimal for the hours of labour involved, care taken not to damage the surrounding shrub beds, and the finish was so tidy it was as though no-one had been there. He was a superb time keeper and communicator throughout. Highly recommended.
