At very short notice the company sent 2 men to locate and repair a leaking outside water pipe. The men were very professional in ensuring they located the leak before cutting into our patio, which again they did extremely carefully and kept me informed of progress. All work was completed very professionally and they water jetted the mud etc from the patio after completion. I would highly recommend this company.

From my initial call to the payment of the invoice Wessex Drainage were professional, courteous and honest. The response was less than 24 hours (non emergency request) and the operative was extremely knowledgeable and showed a real willing to solve the issue quickly. He went to the trouble of showing me the CCTV screen and pointing out the problems before and after jetting and clearing the issues. A very impressive service and I would strongly recommend.
