New bathroom
Amazing job, the bathroom looks beautiful with a fabulous finish. Mr Cooper was polite, friendly and very professional. I felt very reassured that the estimate was trustworthy as I was shown paperwork and workings. Work came in under budget which was great. I would definitely use WestCoop again and recommend that anyone else who wants an honest and hard working tradesman to do the same. I've heard from a friend that he's supposed to also be a trained and really talented carpenter.

Fitting of office kitchen
Mark made the process of having a new kitchen fitted around an office of employees very easy. He was quick and easy to communicate with regarding costs and finishes, very flexible around timings and willing to work outside of usual business hours and clean and tidy in his work. We are very pleased with the work he did and visitors often comment on the attractive kitchen.

We were exceptionally happy with the work completed and deal we got. They were very competitive and delivered what was promised. They finished only half a day after the original estimated completion date (with no extra charge). Mark, who we dealt with was a gentlemen; he'd even be as kind as to offer us a cup of tea when making one. We'd certainly recommend them and have already booked again to have our bathroom retiled.

Conservatory extension, new kitchen, tiling throughout
Mark project managed this whole project which
involved completely modifying, extending and refurbishing the entire ground
floor of our house. He helped us decide on the plans to make the most of the
space available and sourced and coordinated other services where necessary so we
were able to just hand everything over to him and avoid what we had expected to
be a headache! He made the whole thing seem to run very smoothly and was always
pleasant and easy to deal with. We were really pleased with the result - lots
of people commented on the 'show home kitchen' and 'light and spacious' feel that
had been created.
