We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the building industry, based in Surrey we cover a wide geography across the South East. In the past we have worked on projects based in Surrey (Dorking, Westcott, Reigate, Redhill, Esher, Kingston) East Sussex (Lewes) and West Sussex (Crawley).

Whitley Builders specialize in New Build, renovations, refurbishments and extensions and loft conversions.  We pride ourselves on consistently offering a high standard of workmanship. Our expertise is not limited to domestic projects, and we regularly undertake commercial or property maintenance, hard landscaping work as part of our portfolio of services

In the past we have been selected for various industry awards (Winner of Southern area Award) as part of the "Country Landowner Association Farm Buildings" Award Scheme for our work on the conversion of farm buildings into farm shop at Priory farm, Nutfield.

Whitley Builders ltd strives to drive the performance of our team of experts and in 2005 was recognised as a member of the "Investor in People". Illustrated by our investment in the Modern Apprenticeship scheme.
