Whitman Builders Ltd have over 30 years experience in the building industry. We pride ourselves in delivering a first class and efficient service at a competitive rate.

Based on the South Coast of England, we specialise in the design and build of new homes in the private sector as well as social housing. We are also able to undertake all other aspects of building works including extensions, refurbishments, ground works and everything in between!

Whitman Builders offer a complete turnkey service to all our clients. Our core markets are both the private development and affordable housing markets. By understanding our client’s needs we are able to provide a complete design and build solution which incorporates every aspect from the feasibility and design inception, through planning and building regulations approval to construction and a complete after care service.

We are proud to be members of framework and preferred contractor agreements with local Housing Associations and we aim to build on our success.

Complete renovation of a water damaged semi-detached property.

I do not usually bother with such sites as this, but I am pleased FOR ONCE to be able to say something positive about the building trade. I can genuinely say that Whitman Builders were professional throughout, from the first quote until the final invoice. They were clean and precise with every stage of the work which they carried out on our water damaged property. They kept me updated and informed at every stage. As well as this they brought to my attention a number of design features that I had never previously thought about.Thank you once again. Helen Webb.
