Renovation of kitchen; living room and hallway
This was the second phase of our house renovation and again it was all modernising and utilising the space as well as we could. At the initial meeting with Martin, we gave our wish list and got everything that we asked for; modern open plan living space; bigger and brighter kitchen; light and airy living room and installation of a downstairs cloakroom. Martin and his team did a fantastic job again; very flexible in their approach to the job and would change design plans to fit our needs as we went along; problems were solved with ease and nothing was too much bother. When the team turn up, they know exactly what is expected of them; work hard all day and clean up as best they can when they leave. Martin has a very hands-on approach and takes the time to come on site and make sure that things are going to plan and deal with any issues in and outside the plan. We are very happy with our new living space; everybody has been pleasantly surprised by the changes and commented on the quality of the work carried out. We will be renovating our conservatory later in the year and we look forward to working with Martin and the team once again.

Complete renovation of upstairs
The main reasons for the work was to improve the space by utilising every spare bit we could find, remove all the remnants of bad decorating decisions by us and modernise the bathroom. Martin and team have managed to transform all the rooms, particularly the bathroom. They are now all light, bright and fresh. Many little jobs were done at the suggestion of the team, with the purpose of making further improvements like putting in double sockets, hiding electrical cables and replacing the window surrounds. Each tradesman was very knowledgeable and happy to discuss options when something didn't quite go to plan. All the team were friendly, tried to keep the mess to a minimum and made their own drinks! We were kept in the communication loop at all times, Martin would drop by on a regular basis and made himself contactable at all times. He is very focused on quality and is straight on the case when required Overall, we have been very impressed with the team, their work and the outcome and are currently in discussions with Martin about renovating the rest of the house.
