Company Profile

We are a local family business, father and son, we have lived in Steyning for 18 years, We are fully qualified in our fields, covering all domestic gas installations and servicing including LPG. We are registered electricians covering domestic and light commercial work, also qualified plumbers and approved water contractors and are qualified hot water solar panel technicians. 

Andy Willett the director, has previously worked in  high tech industry for many years, for companies such as the British Oxygen Company, as a qualified electronic/gas and controls engineer, and also installed and serviced partical accelerators. Andy Willett also teaches specialist engineering subjects at AWE, the Atomic Weapon Establishment.

We generally work in the Steyning and West Worthing areas but also work a little a field as necessary.

We pride ourselves in being able to deal with all issues in our fields, but more importantly to the correct standard.

Repaired broken down boiler

I contacted Andy at 10.00 O'clock at night, and he arranged to come the following evening. Arrived as promised and diagnosed problem as being main control PCB and Fan unit. As he was going away for the Christmas break the following day, I suggested that I try and obtain the parts. This I did, and he ensured that they were fitted. Work was completed. As he was on holiday he didn't even need to accept the work. The service I get from Willet Technical Services is first class.

All works were completed in accordance to regulations, tests undertaken and a certificate issued, works were carried out to a very good standard, the labour cost came out slightly higher than estimated. The good lady who ordered the work was not present until nearer the end of the works, being the sums involved were not so high we didn't consider this to be a issue at the time and didn't consider phoning etc considering the sums involved. Apologies to the customer for not expressing the extra work required at the time. it is not always so easy to estimate time to carry out works, when we do not know what is under a customers floor or what under floor access issues we may encounter at the time.

Cooker cable install cooker.

A quick and tidy installation of new cooker considerate the look of the kitchen and moved wiring to a discreet and esthetic finish. I would recommend this company.

Service and minor repair to gas fire.

Mr Willett produced his Gas Safe card on arrival when asked which checked out with the info on the Checkatrade website. He was happy to explain what he was doing and fully checked and inspected it all afterwards. Very happy with the work and will definitely recommend.
