Our microwave failed and knocked out our electricity and had no power. We called Willlet technical services and though it was 5:30pm they gave very clear instrctions on what to do and 2 minuites later everything was on and working again. Very impressed and would recomend them to anyone and everyone.

I contacted Andy at 10.00 O'clock at night, and he arranged to come the following evening. Arrived as promised and diagnosed problem as being main control PCB and Fan unit. As he was going away for the Christmas break the following day, I suggested that I try and obtain the parts. This I did, and he ensured that they were fitted. Work was completed. As he was on holiday he didn't even need to accept the work. The service I get from Willet Technical Services is first class.

All works were completed in accordance to regulations, tests undertaken and a certificate issued, works were carried out to a very good standard, the labour cost came out slightly higher than estimated. The good lady who ordered the work was not present until nearer the end of the works, being the sums involved were not so high we didn't consider this to be a issue at the time and didn't consider phoning etc considering the sums involved. Apologies to the customer for not expressing the extra work required at the time. it is not always so easy to estimate time to carry out works, when we do not know what is under a customers floor or what under floor access issues we may encounter at the time.
