Response from Willingdon Garden Services:
Mr Allaway Was more than happy when i completed the job. I gave 2 quotations, 1 for new fence & 1 to repair existing fence. He wanted old fence repaired, which i did to the best of my ability considering the condition of the old fence. I used coach screws rather than bolts, which are the correct fixings to use. He has taken 2 months to return monitoring card with complaint.
