I'd actually describe Craig as "entertainingly friendly" rather than "polite" ... but I'm sure he can do "polite" too if necessary! Tidy enough but it's a shame they didn't volunteer to take away the scrap (though I didn't think to ask till they'd gone). Fixed price quoted - very good value.

I feel that I cannot comment on the section 'reliability and time keeping' because my property was unoccupied at the time and the trader had a set of keys and came and went as he pleased. In my opinion he has refused to correct his workmanship (damaged my skirting board) and so I feel I cannot recommend this company.

In response to the customers comments above. I feel unhappy that the customer is not happy with my work. I have carried out this work to my normal high standards and the customer seemed happy at the time and paid in full at the end of the job. I am under the impression that the customer feels that I scratched the skirting board whilst carrying out my work. I have tried to arrange a suitable appointment with the customer to have a look at this but to no avail. I feel that I have done everything that I can to resolve this matter.

Good quality workmanship, but they never finished the job. We now have to pay someone else to finish it. There were frequent demands for cash payment, which was not agreed in advance. They worked hard when they were here, but missed several days work and never worked more than six hours a day. I also felt uncomfortable about the way he treated other family members.
