Steve came and gave me an estimate for replacing the glass in three windows. He kept to the price quoted. He was running late but phoned to reassure me. His work was thorough. He was not satisfied with the workmanship of the glass so returned with a new pane of glass so that it was perfect. He and his colleague were very friendly. The work was done to a high standard. I would recommend him for any other window replacements. Well done.

I was extremely pleased with the finished result. The window was installed efficiently and effectively and the surrounding walls did not require any decoration afterwards. A friend commented to me how tidy the finish was on the underside of the exterior windowsill. I was kept updated at regular intervals as to how long the job would take as Steve knew I had a deadline to make. I was very grateful for this. Steve and his colleague cleared up as they went and made sure that the pathway as well as the carpets inside the house were clear of any debris.

Steve initially came a couple of weeks earlier to look at the problem and explained that because of current workload would be unable to work on the roof until 2nd July. He telephoned to say what time he expected to arrive and turned up with a colleague and quickly found the cause of the leak, which was repaired promptly. Total time to make the repair was approx 30 minutes. I would have no hesitation in getting Steve to call again if there are any double glazing/conservatory problems.
