4 windows and the glass in one external door refitted
Return customer. Still not really good at returning calls. However, as before, everyone was professional, polite, easy to deal with, and pleasant to have around. The fitters were very good, arrived on time and did and neat and tidy job.

Unfortunately, this was an incredibly busy time for us. We have made improvements to the way our messages are dealt with and have employed more staff to cope with the additional demand we are experiencing. We are disappointed that even one of our customers have not been dealt with as courteously and or efficiently as we would like.

All windows and doors replaced with double glazed units.
From the outset all questions were clearly answered, measurements taken on 1st visit, workmen and professional quality of units and work to a high standard. I would recommend this company.
