Although there were small mistakes (wrong side of openings to the one ordered, hinges on the wrong windows etc) they were resolved quickly with no fuss. Very happy with the work and the people. Gave a fair price to supply and install 3 replacement windows and stuck to it. Worked a very full day to complete the job on time. Came back a couple of days later to retro-fit two opening restrictors without any fuss or bother. The installation was slightly tricky: into a roof conversion with existing windows and external roofing tiles that had worried a couple of other companies, but they dealt with it very professionally. They were helpful, courteous and their attention to detail was very good. A pleasure to come across an honest company that cares about their standard of workmanship and materials and still thinks customers are important. Would recommend them without hesitation.

One of the panes cracked during installation, and this was replaced without fuss a few days later. Very competitive price, but not pushy like some sales reps can be. I couldn't speak more highly of the work they did for us - they came to double check measurements before ordering the patio doors to ensure that they were accurate, the replica lead lighting was absolutely spot on, and when they came to install the windows they did the work efficiently, with minimal mess and no fuss.
