Very speedy response for booking - I was quoted 2 weeks from a high street windscreen service but Windscreen Express were able to do the job the next day. Well fitted - very courteous and sorted problems. Car and windscreen were left clean. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Replacement of chipped windscreen on a Ford Focus
From initial phone call to finish there was a professional approach. I am one of the many policy holders who have a direct line to an insurance chosen replacement specialists. Windscreen Express offered courteous and competent service that certainly rivals other companies. Customer care was certainly better. Insurance companies permit you to use these smaller companies if you pay upfront and claim the money back. Though this might deter many, it is a simple procedure which can make sense and is cost effective. I believe that insurance chosen replacement specialists' dominance is probably not helpful for insurance premiums!
