Rebuild a small dwarf wall on outside of house
Small job completed to the quoted price and work performed promptly. Site left clean and tidy. I would recommend this builder for any house repairs and other building work. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work.

Re-build brick pier and constructed a bike store
Peter and Ben did a wonderful job, in spite of our changeable weather! Ben's brickwork is great, and the bike store is a work of art, it is well supported without the use of uprights, and the cedar shingles were an excellent idea. Our huge thanks to Peter for coming in below quote. Everything was left clean and much tidier than when they started. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Woodmead unreservedly or in using them again.

Re-pointed front of house
Peter thoroughly discussed what WE wanted at the estimate stage and explained how the work would be carried out. Peter and Ben were always on time and were very polite at all times. They went out of their way to work tidily and to clean up during what is a very dusty job - even cleaning down the window sills at the two neighbouring houses upon completion. The work completed is exactly as we wanted it and is a very professional job. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and would definitely consider them for any future work.

Work not required after all
Peter Woodley came to give a quote on new loft insulation. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He never gave us the hard sell and as it turns out, he actually said we didn't need to do any major work after all. This has saved us a lot of money. He also gave good advice on some condensation issues we had in the baby's bedroom. Because of our experience today, I wouldn't hesitate to call Woodmead Construction first for any other work we may require in the future. Great service and much appreciated.

6 Kitchen Down lights Installed

Removal of Wall Between Kitchen and Dining Room
We would thoroughly recommend Woodmead Construction. Pete and his team are polite, punctual and courteous and very experienced. Pete is very good at giving advice and explaining things; nothing is too much trouble for him, he will go out of his way to help in any way he can. He is very reasonable in price for the professional and high standard service he provides. Without question we wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any building work, regardless of size. The work in our kitchen/dining room involved removing a stud wall, relocation of radiator and electrics etc and we are more than satisfied with the result! A true professional, and we are very pleased to have found someone we can trust.
