1st floor flat- floor renewed, the whole flat painted, bathroom retiled, kitchen and bathroom removed and reinstalled. Repair of a water leak.
This was a large job as the whole floor of the flat had to be replaced due to water damage. I was kept informed about progress, very courteous and nothing was too much bother. The quality the of workmanship was of a high quality.

Steve is the builder I've been looking for ever since I've owned a property. He turned up when he said he was going to; his prices were excellent; his workmanship brilliant. Steve did a variety of small jobs for me, all of them to perfection. He was tidy - even the rubbish was left neatly until he took it away, respectful of my home, always polite and not at all upset when I had to remove the boarding in the loft void (which he'd just finished) because one of my cats had got trapped underneath and he then had to put it back for me. A truly multi talented builder/carpenter. I cannot wait to get him back to do some more work for me.
