Recovered my desktop pc and all data after "fatal" crash, installed and now monitors an automatic backup service.

Removed virus from computer
Job took longer than estimated, but to be fair, it was a serious problem and therefore took longer to fix. Calls were returned very promptly and the computer was picked up and delivered back at the times promised. My computer is now running perfectly. I am very happy with this company and would definitely use again.

Rectifying broadband speed problem

Investigated problem with PC and recommended repair including replacement hard drive, extra RAM and rebuild Windows XP, recover data etc.
