Job took longer than estimated, but to be fair, it was a serious problem and therefore took longer to fix. Calls were returned very promptly and the computer was picked up and delivered back at the times promised. My computer is now running perfectly. My laptop wouldn't open up a webpage and was being very slow. Julian performed a full service and tune up and upgraded the RAM to 3 GB, which has solved the problem. Since having my laptop back it is SO much faster then before and the issues I was having have now gone. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely go back to Julian.

He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained clearly (without the use of unnecessary jargon) how the problem could be resolved and provided an accurate quote. He even asserted that if he had mis diagnosed the fault and additional work was required to fix the problem, the cost quoted would remain the same. Julian provided an equipment pick-up and drop-off service which is invaluable if you are juggling work and children as I am...it's one less thing to have to fit into the day. My PC had become very slow running over a period of time and was becoming intolerable to use. Upon investigation Julian was able to straight away get to the cause of the problems.
