Boiler broken down on the day it was still -1 at lunchtime!

Arrived before appointment time (brilliant!), set straight to work, fixed it and left. Work was done cleanly, politely and efficiently. Exactly what you want.

Bathroom make over.

All the plumbing and shower area was completed by WPH. As I wanted to do other items myself; the tiling, coving, cabinet installation. They did a lot and then I did my bit, so we worked together well. Confidence in the plumbing helped me to do my job.
