All the plumbing and shower area was completed by WPH. As I wanted to do other items myself; the tiling, coving, cabinet installation. They did a lot and then I did my bit, so we worked together well. Confidence in the plumbing helped me to do my job.

Steve arrived on time and was professional and courteous at all times. The weather that day was howling wind and rain so I was surprised they turned up at all and was expecting a phone call as our boiler is located outside. But arrive they did and the poor guy worked his socks off in the worst of conditions. I eventually felt sorry for him and lent him a waterproof coat! Being ex trade I would say I am possibly more informed than others but I can honestly say Steve's work is impeccable. Quality of work is 10/10 and the job was completed ahead of time. Now the best bit, the price! As an experienced Building Estimator I arranged for three quotes knowing I would NOT choose the cheapest. However, I was forced to do so because not only were they the cheapest, but also because they specified a higher quality Worcester boiler over competitors cheaper items. Would I recommend these guys? I already have to my employers who contract out commercial works. I would have no problem recommending this company whatsoever. And will happily do so!

The works were planned back in February to occur in the summer to minimise problems of having no hot during the Winter period. WPH honoured their price. The work was conducted professionally and communication with me though out the job was excellent. Unlike other local firms WPH were happy for me to specify my own preferred boiler for them to supply. Good firm - would use for other works without hesitation.

I phoned them to ask them to check my elderly Mothers water supply as there had been a problem with the water going off. He said he might be a couple of hours but turned up in about an hour. Checked what was necessary, found no problems and charged a very reasonable amount. She has kept their number in case she needs a plumber again!
