We are a team of 4 consisting of 2 ex-British Gas Engineers, who collectively have over 30 years experience and 2 personally trained engineers, with over 8 years experience.

We pride ourselves on offering a fantastic service being reliable, honest, polite and hardworking. Our customer service is paramount to us, and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Boiler breakdown

Have been using XBG for a number of years now, Mark has always been courteous and efficient in carrying out repairs. All faults on our boiler have been diagnosed quickly and fixed promptly. I would recommend XBG highly.
