Excellent job by Elliot of XBG. First came out to stop water gushing out of a shower and make it safe. Then came back with a (beautiful!) new shower unit and installed it. Rang before he came. Arrived on time. The place was cleaner after he left than before! The shower works brilliantly plus he filled some holes in the tiles without me asking. Lastly he fixed some existing pipe work and did a great job. Would thoroughly recommend XBG, especially to any ladies who are on their own and need to trust an expert' s advice.

Lee and team did a first class job on my bathroom. They showed great attention to detail, with excellent customer management in terms of checking we were happy with the way things were going (before, during and after the job). I was also impressed at how much care they took while on the job. (ie dust sheets everywhere, and cleaned up at the end of every day). I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone and plan to get them back to do my heating when the old boiler packs up.

At the initial discussion stage Lee Stafford very patiently answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and understanding. I was provided with a competitive quotation, which arrived within a few days after our first meeting. Following a second meeting to clarify various points Lee demonstrated his desire that I fully understood the installation procedure and again very patiently answered further questions. The installation itself was painless. We spent very little time without hot water, as Lee and his team completed the job in a day and a half. We would have no hesitation in recommending XBG, and in fact we have already introduced them to a friend.

British Gas tried to tell us that we needed a power flush costing a huge amount when our boiler kept overheating. Lee came round and said he would just check it out and look at a few other options first before going down that route. He had a feeling that the coil needed replacing so tried that option first. He left a new coil on test whilst he went on holiday and lo and behold it worked fine! saving us alot and a full days worth of unnecessary work and upheaval. We could have WASTED a large sum of our hard earned money and the boiler still would have over heated. Moral of the story is ask XBG to come and have a look before carrying out any expensive work - they know what they are doing and won't try to stitch you up.
