Painting and wall papering.
We have used Ricky for all of our work over the last few years, from decking to laying wooden flooring to a bathroom refit and general maintenance. This particular job was wallpapering and painting a dining room. As usual the work was outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ricky to others.

Shop fit out.
We used YDM Property Maintenance to undertake the majority of the tasks for our recent shop fit. They prepared, decorated, installed electrics, erected partition walls as well as many other jobs. We've used YDM before to decorate our house. Then, as now, they did an excellent job. The quality of the workmanship is superb and the attention to detail is first rate. Ricky has a very can-do attitude which is so refreshing and because of this. He really helps keep our stress levels as low as is possible in these circumstances.

Plaster 4 ceiling, 2 walls and prepare and fully redecorate 2 medium size rooms.
Ricky Young and his team were very efficient, thorough and tidy. The work they carried out was a high standard and they took account of some of the things we did in preparation. I had no hesitation in leaving them to get on with the work, they always interacted to check on what I wanted and gave very good advice. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Stripping and painting of the front of my house - external.
