Refurbishment of sash windows

Phil has worked for us on several occasions and has just finished another job refurbishing some sash windows to include new weights and draught-proofing. He has also replaced some bedroom floors for us and tiled our bathroom floor. He started and finished the work in the agreed time and for the agreed price.

Oak flooring

Phill has just finished laying our oak flooring in the bedroom it looks great with no mess left you'd never know he'd been here we will definately be using Phill in the future

Gutting and rebuilding bathroom including making separate loo. Dividing large room into two

Phil carried out a lot of work including emergency repair work to a rotten floor and sub floor within a very tight time-scale between tenancies in a buy to let property. He planned the bringing in of other relevant trades - plasterer, electrician, plumber, painter - on exactly the right days to get the work finished quickly and to a good standard. I can highly recommend Phil for a wide range of building projects. He built our deck last year and replaced our front door.

Garden decking and bespoke shed

Phil followed our brief and advised us with possible ideas for improvement, carried out the works with great care as he needed to go through the house for access. Fantastic craftsmanship and the final result was beyond our expectation.

Phil has just completed yet another job for us and once again we are over the moon with the results, he has ripped out an old bathroom and replaced with a new freestanding roll-top bath along with a gorgeous new tiled floor with under floor heating, we would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anybody wanting building works carried out, 10/10 as usual!!
