Phil took on the refurb of a house we bought as a rental property. We needed, new kitchen, bathroom, new doors throughtout, walls moved, floor repaired, etc.Etc In total it spanned Feb, March and April and without Phil the process would have been so much more stressful because he managed the other trades coordinating when the work was done and overseeing that the work was done to a satisfactory level. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending him .... in fact he's starting another project of ours in July!

Phil has worked for us on several occasions and has just finished another job refurbishing some sash windows to include new weights and draught-proofing. He has also replaced some bedroom floors for us and tiled our bathroom floor. He started and finished the work in the agreed time and for the agreed price.

Phil carried out a lot of work including emergency repair work to a rotten floor and sub floor within a very tight time-scale between tenancies in a buy to let property. He planned the bringing in of other relevant trades - plasterer, electrician, plumber, painter - on exactly the right days to get the work finished quickly and to a good standard. I can highly recommend Phil for a wide range of building projects. He built our deck last year and replaced our front door.

The work was to convert our loft into a much needed third bedroom. Phil and all the people who worked with him were punctual, polite, clean and very tolerant of working around a young family. He even came out to us in the awful snow to enable us to be in by Christmas, which we managed to do. The quality of the work has really impressed us. I have already recommended Phil to my friends having similar work done and would have no hesitation in recommending him, and will use Yesdear again for any further work we need carrying out.

We wanted the basic shell for our loft conversion and brought Yesdear in on an agreed day rate plus accommodation charge for working away from home. The scope of work included ripping out, clearing rubbish, carpentry, plumbing, roof tiling, insulation and dry lining. Phil was extremely hard working, arrived and left on time each day and took little time for refreshment breaks. His work, attention to detail and attitude to work was very impressive. Phil left us as a very satisfied customer and we would obviously recommend him to others. Very good value for money.

Excellent service. Stuck with price and no extras yet he did a few other odd jobs while he was here. Polite, courteous. Made the shelving off site so bought in with no mess then fitted the glass sliding doors (x10). Always turned up when he said. Rearranged electricals, lighting, plugs so good all-rounder. Will definately use again. Makes a change to find someone reliable!

The work was done quickly and professionally project managed in terms of other trades involved (eg roofers, windows fitters, electricians, plumbers) The result in terms of finish was, and still is 5 years on, excellent. No problems have developed. Great value for money.
