Its winter time and at our company we had turned on our underfloor heating in readiness for the cold weather to come. Unfortunately, as in previous years, the system failed to work satisfactorily and the office was cold. In our frustration we contacted Ross at Your Local Plumbing Company to rectify the problem, although knowing that this heating failure had re-occurred since the system had been put in 3 years ago, we were not convinced we would have the heat that we needed! The engineers went to work and discovered a major problem that the previous companies had been unable to find and subsequently we have glorious heat. It is now snowing outside and we are very happy and warm in our office thanks to Your Local Plumbing Company!

They quickly realised that replacing the tap would be difficult and costly so they tried the alternative of seeing if they could find replacement cartridges for the tap. This they did quickly and successfully. Even though they spent more than thirteen minutes in total on the job. They did not charge me extra.

It took YLPC only 5 minutes to advise the boiler had been left in a lethal state by the installing engineer. The property developer sent his plumber back to fix the problems and YLPC returned to service the installation and check the safety of the installation. It is very comforting to know the engineers are so well trained, conscientious and based in Hampton.

As a small-time landlord, I have always tried to respond quickly to plumbing problems flagged by our tenants. I am so glad I found Your Local Plumbing Company. Firstly, because they are local to the flat; second, they are unfailingly professional, courteous and open, from first point of contact to job completion and follow up. Prices are reasonable from what little I know of plumbing repairs, and I always feel that I am being given honest advice as to solutions and options. The only (slight) negative is a long delay in getting bills sent out!
