Work was generally done efficiently and courteously. However had a minor problem with a leak from the connection on one of the taps which was subsequently fixed a few days later. Felt there was a lack of communication from Your Plumber though. Having advised them of the leak at lunchtime on the day the work was originally done we were informed that Terry would contact us later that day to say when he would come to fix - no call received. The following day (Saturday), Terry obviously called round whilst we were out (again, no call beforehand) and just left a card with no information about when to next expect him. I hoped for a call first thing Tuesday (Monday was a Bank Holiday), having left Your Plumber an answer phone message requesting a call back, but ended up ringing the company mid-morning to see what was happening and a time was arranged for Terry to re-visit later that day to fix the problem. This subsequently happened as promised. Just would have felt happier if kept more informed of progress to fix leak.

The customer had an appointment to fit a shower in the afternoon, no specific time was given. Mid-afternoon the customer called the office to ask why an engineer had not arrived. I apologised and assured the customer that they were I fact next on the list and the engineer would be with them within the hour. When the engineer arrived at the property he found the customer to be rude and he did not want to engage in conversation, so the engineer got on with installation of the shower. I have spoken with the customer and they have assured me that they are happy with the new shower and that everything was left tidy and in good order. I apologies to the customer that our service was not to their expectations, we pride ourselves on our quality of workmanship and excellent customer service. Sometimes circumstances are out of our control mean that we cannot always meet customer expectations.

Very pleased with the work carried out by 'Your Plumber'. I called them on a Thursday night at about 6pm regarding a leak in a pipe in our shed and someone was available the next morning. They arrived on time as expected, and promptly fixed the leaking pipe, charging the amount agreed on the phone the previous night. In addition to this, we have a rather complicated pipe setup in our garden. The plumber was kind enough to investigate the pipe network and advise on any implications with regards to our neighbours in terms of liability, etc. - even contacting Southern Water to see if they could assist. He was courteous and very helpful - I would not hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing work.
