To fit ball valve and siphon to toilet.

Toilet continuously refilling. Not 24hr service. Once here quoted to fit ball valve and siphon. Felt the amount was extremely high. After having waited all day I just wanted the job done. Completed the job and left. Tested toilet, it wouldn't flush a tissue. I immediately rang Mr Wyatt. He said the plumber was on another job and would sort in the morning. I explained I had paid a very high premium and my toilet still doesn't work. He refused to send anybody around until the morning. Cheap parts. Poor customer service. High Premium.

We attended the customers home, assessed the problem and gave her a fixed price prior to doing any work. The customer agreed the price, we then started work which we finished at 6:30pm. After we had left, it was apparent that the part supplied by our supplier was faulty, which at that time of the evening we could not return it and obtain another. We did however return to the customers house at 7:30am the next morning to replace the faulty part. We apologise if the customer felt this was unacceptable.

Replaced old mixer tap that was corroded and leaked.

Your Plumber David Towns arrived on time at 9AM. Looked at tap and said it was corroded. Took me to a plumbers merchant. Bought new tap. Came home and fixed it. Job well done. Now have a happy husband!
