Very reliable and thorough. Called at time as arranged. We asked him to come out to look at our central heating which he duly did but also detected gas leaks in our kitchen hob and gas fire. Both issues were fixed quickly. Has also given us some sound advice about ongoing maintenance of heating and provided some good local tradesmen contacts. We would certainly recommend.

In response to the customer comments the boiler was an open flued appliance which required more servicing and safety checks than any other boiler hence the reason I was slower. I feel that you cannot put a price on safety.

I initially asked the trader to fix the ball cock on a toilet cistern. He told me on his first visit that the problem was not the ball cock, but the siphon. He fixed this and I paid him. After a few weeks I had to call him again to fix the ball cock which was overflowing. I had to pay for two visits which I felt was very costly .

I feel that the customer comments are unreasonable, two weeks after my initial diagnose that the siphon was faulty and needed replacing , the ball cock also became faulty this also needed to be rectified. The price would have been the same for one visit as this was going into a second hour. Parts and VAT had to be taken into account as well. I am sorry the customer feel this way . We pride ourselves at AA Larmar to strive to reach customer satisfaction at all times.
