The work was delayed 1 day due to bad weather, the project was planned to take 2 days. John planned the work with additional resources and actually was finished in just over a day. I was impressed in the pace and quality of work done by Johns team. The end result was even better than expected. Would recommend Acre Driveways in the future.

Very impressive and professional. Several neighbours went out of their way to tell me how good the new drive looked. I'm very happy too. The company built my patio about four years ago and re-turfed my lawn. I was totally satisfied with this work and this was the reason I used them again. It's nice to see that although the company has grown since then, there is still the same level of personal attention and courtesy now as then.

The installation was stress-free from start to finish. The initial visit to provide the quotation was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The quotation was competitive as was the lead time for installation. The team arrived early on the day of installation and worked constantly through the day to complete the job. They took extra care not to disturb my neighbours and were very polite and courteous. The final result exceeded my expectations. The team cleaned up afterwards and all that remains is for me to lay turf around the new parking area. I am very happy and recommend Acre without hesitation.

These guys were fantastic, job done in one day, John's communication was brilliant, had a few problems due to the snow but they came back and sorted it even though we were slightly out of their area, the guys that came worked really hard, the only thing I would say - I would recommend them but in my opinion after sales was a bit poor before we paid they couldn't stop contacting us as soon as deposit paid they disappeared so had to contact John (the owner) but still it looks great and were very happy.

An excellent job carried out. Acre Driveways arrived on time and finished within the 2 day estimate. Project management was first class. There were some minor changes to the quoted scope. These were carried out by the team without question. Customer satisfaction is Acre Driveways motto. The team made some suggestions to the design which were an improvement on the original ideas. Acre Driveways have the experience which is worth listening too. They will return in 3 months to re-sand as necessary. They provide after care which is unusual. A 5 year guarantee providing peace of mind. I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. A first class job, an excellent finished product, excellent value.

Very well laid driveway and Herculean effort removing the existing huge concrete slab. We are dead please with the end result. A few days later in finishing than hoped but the weather played its part here as well. We'd use Acre again.

Right from the start, we were impressed by the very professional, knowledgeable, personable and customer-focused attitude of all representatives of Acre Driveways. The obviously experienced salesman provided us with all the technical and practical information we asked for, but with no attempts at a "hard sell". He suggested several alternative designs and materials before we decided upon our final requirements. We received a fully detailed quotation, which specified all aspects of the job, including applicable standards. There was never any pressure to sign up quickly for a cheap deal or any of the other usual sales tricks. This was not the cheapest quote we had (nor the most expensive), but we felt confident that we would get a professional job. They even offer a 10 year insurance-backed guarantee. The original date we were given was met exactly on time and the team started early on a Monday morning. They worked extremely hard and took breaks only when we made them coffee. They all seemed to know exactly what needed doing and just got on with it. They had clearly worked as a team for some time. John, the owner, was part of the team for the whole job and worked as hard as the rest, as well as organising deliveries of materials which arrived at exactly the right time. He also kept us informed and involved at each stage of the work. The whole team was friendly and very polite and they kept to a minimum any disturbance to the neighbours and the environment. The job was done exactly as per the specification and quotation and was completed in slightly less than the 2 days we were quoted. As a brilliant finishing touch, they even laid several bags of compost along the border to make good the disturbance caused by the work. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Amazing! We were dreading having the work done and coping with all the disruption we envisaged. However, on the agreed date John and his team arrived very early and set to work with incredible efficiency. We had no idea of the organisation involved arranging the deliveries etc, but it all went like clockwork. The men worked as a real team, nothing was a problem for them and they were all lovely guys, a pleasure to have around. The work was completed mid-afternoon on the second day with drive, road etc being left clean and tidy. We are absolutely delighted with our drive and would not hesitate to recommend Acre Driveways.

Brilliant - they were professional, quick, clean and cleaned up very well afterwards. The salesman had explained exactly what they would do, and what legislation they had to comply with. The guys who delivered the job did exactly as the salesman had described. This wasn't the cheapest quote I had, but I looked at some of their other work and it stood out as being much better quality than some of the other driveways we had seen. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

In my opinion slap dash attitude when notifying of faults. All faults could have been fixed within one day, yet it took 6 months. Due to unreliability I agreed to re-sand drive myself.

Response from Acre Driveways:
Job was done the customer paid the balance and the Guarantee was issued. Then the customer told us about a number of points. We investigated and rectified, the customer signed a "Remedial Works Satisfaction Note". The customer contacted us again during our shut down holiday period about two issues, we returned from Holiday we responded immediately and agreed to attend site again. The same operative carried out a number of adjustments, we received confirmation from the customer that he was happy with the work. At all times we acted in a responsible and professional manner. We are a professional company proud of our reputation that has taken many years to build and is demonstrated by our Checkatrade client response ratings. In my opinion we have not and will not shirk from our moral and contractual responsibilities at any time.

Efficient, professional and new drive looks great. Accidentally clipped cable phone line and we only realised next day after paying in full but came back the next day and fixed it with no hassle I was nervous as I got them via a search engine not personal recommendation but very pleased and would definitely recommend. A team of 5-6 arrived early and worked solidly for a day and a half. All very well organised - as one truck left another arrived for the next stage. Couldn't stop looking out of the window as it was all so quick and efficient! I would thoroughly recommend Acre Driveways.

Dave the salesman was very comprehensive in his knowledge of driveways and gave us some good advice as to how to make the best from our driveway. The team that turned up worked long hours and worked to a high standard. They were very good at checking with me if there were any issues. I was very nervous about getting a driveway done as you hear so many horror stories but this was the only driveway quote that came with independent insurance which was great for peace of mind. I am very pleased with my driveway and the experience that went with it.
