I had a good idea that my machine had died. Antony came out, had a look at it and told me that it needed replacing. I was so pleased that he was honest with me instead of billing me loads for unnecessary work! Such a lovely chap, would recommend to anyone!!!!

My dishwasher suddenly stopped working hence the visit from Antony. Within 5 minutes of arriving he was able to tell me that the wash motor had gone. He also emptied the machine for me as it went wrong mid-cycle. Antony gave me a price to fix the machine but I also wanted to know if he thought it was worth repairing or whether I should just replace it. He gave me honest advice about both options and in the end I decided I would replace the machine. I also asked Antony to take a look at my fridge door as it bounces back open when closed. He was able to offer a simple solution to help with this. I would highly recommend Antony and will definately use him again when another appliance goes wrong. A thoroughly nice chap!

Very efficient, found what the fault was with the washing machine and gave a price to fix it, looked at the dishwasher and advised it was not worth fixing due to the cost. Tony came out on the Monday and returned on the Wednesday to fix the issues, again very efficent when he found out there was a further fault to the washing machine he advised it was not worth fixing, Very reasonble with prices and will use again in the future if needs be. Thankyou, oh and he told me what was wrong with my dyson which I fixed thanks to him :>)

Having given us a time slot of 12:00 to 14:00, Mr. Richards arrived at 12:00. He asked a few questions about the age of the washing machine, its previous service history and the amount of vibration. He then tested the machine by loading it with some heavy towels and diagnosed the fault as worn internal anti-vibration dampers. He then gave an approximate estimate of the cost of replacement but suggested that it was not really an economic repair and said that the money would be better going towards a new machine. At no point did he he try to persuade us to have the repair done. Mr. Richards was pleasant and polite throughout his visit and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Dishwasher had stopped drawing in water. Tony opened up the machine and diagnosed the problem, taking care to explain what he was doing. Some of the internal pipes needed flushing out, which he did, fixing the problem. He ran the machine through a cycle to check that the problem was fixed. Tony was very friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Left message on his answer phone on Saturday and he phoned me back first thing on Monday. Arranged appointment and he arrived 20 minutes early. Explained clearly what was wrong with the dishwasher. Had part for the dishwasher in van, so was able to fix it immediately. Told me that tumble dryer wasn't worth fixing. Advised me as to the best Dryer to buy. Gave me a detailed invoice.
