Logan and his team made short work of the tasks. After they left my wife noticed a stump that had been missed (due to the jungle our garden was in). She phoned Logan who returned immediately to carry out the grinding. Alas, for his troubles, Logan was rewarded with a smashed windscreen from a rogue stone disturbed by the grinder. The area that Logan cleared was for some decking. I later hired a "man with digger" to level the site. He came upon a root which required removing but didn't seem to know how to! (Nothing to do with the previous work Logan had carried out). I phoned Logan in desperation. He came around within the hour, supervised the removal of the stump with "the man with digger" and lo and behold, within an hour the stump was out! Would I recommend Logan? Well of course I would. He had carried out work for me before and I would use him every time!

This customer asked us if they could keep the wood chip, we did explain that they could but once it was tipped off the our truck we would not be able to take it away if they changed their mind. After a month they decided they did not want half of it and we had to remind them we cannot shovel the wood chippings back onto the truck. The customer could not understand this. The customer was happy with our previous work and paid straight away. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times hence our very good scores on our web page.
