Replacement of en suite bathroom
Mark and his brother Paul, did an excellent job in replacing our en suite bathroom, especially given that it was a complex task which involved replacing and leveling the floor and walls, installing underfloor heating and tiling using thick (and very heavy) natural marble tiles. I confess to being a bit of a perfectionist but I was absolutely delighted with the finished job. The standard of workmanship is to an exceptional standard. My only criticism of Mark was that he underestimated how long the job would take and so he had to leave the job for a couple of weeks to undertake another job he had. However, this was down in part to unexpected issues such as additional works required to the floor and walls. Mark and Paul were a delight to have around the house. They were very polite and exceptionally tidy, so my wife's fears of dust throughout the house were unfounded! I'd recommend Mark very highly and plan on using him again soon for my kitchen makeover.

Full ensuite shower room installation.
We were very nervous about choosing somebody to do this work but we could not be happier with our choice. Mark did a fantastic job, to a very high standard and on budget! I would highly recommend Mark and would definitely use his services again. Put right a poor shower installation done by someone else.
Mark was very responsive and was able to re-assure us that the poor job done by a different contractor could be rectified to our specification. Mark's work is accurate, neat and well finished. He turns up when he says he will and conducts himself in an affable and professional manner. We are delighted with the end result in our en-suite and will employ Mark on future plumbing projects.

Identifying and sorting leak and replacing ball valve.
Mark was replacing our neighbours bathroom but noticed (whilst we were away on holiday) that we had a leak from our water tank in loft and the outside wall was saturated. Our neighbour let him into our house to sort the problem on our behalf. On our return we were able to thank him and asked him to replace the ball valve in the tank. This he did, but I thought it was now noisy. He returned to see if he could do anything to reduce the noise by adjusting the water pressure. We would definitely contact him again as his work is extremely good and nothing is too much trouble.
