Paul Barnard has been in the flooring industry for over 20 years in Brighton, and has worked all aspects from working on the shop floor, superstore management and many years of floor laying. Based in Brighton East Sussex.

At Barnard Flooring Brighton we offer a personal one to one service from start to finish, giving you a stress free carpet and flooring buying experience. We offer all types of Flooring services including, carpets, wood flooring, laminate flooring and flooring supply to the Brighton and surrounding Sussex areas.

We offer a free no obligation estimate service, and have over 2000 carpet, vinyl, laminate and solid wood samples available to choose from in the comfort of your own home, appointments can be made to suit a time (including evenings) and date to suit your personal flooring requirements.

We undertake all aspects of floor preparation including uplifting and disposal of existing floors, moving furniture and can also stain guard your new carpets.

Our prices are highly competitive against both large and small retail outlets, with no hidden surcharges. All our work is fully guaranteed and insured.

Two bedrooms and staircase of 7 stairs

Paul is a friendly guy who is evidently very experienced and takes great pride his work. Because we had quite a thick carpet he used thicker (than he'd normally use) carpet grip and used a high quality underlay as standard which was better than the one I had been researching and quoted for by another company. He also found a solution for a tricky part of the top stair which was protruding. Would fully recommend

Stair carpet supply and fit

Paul was extremely helpful in finding the design of stair carpet we were looking for and made many trips out to show us different sample books until we found the perfect pattern for us. On fitting day he arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard which included spending a lot of time planning and measuring to make sure the pattern was central before cutting and installing. I would highly recommend Barnard Flooring and we will certainly be using his services in the future.

Carpet supplied and fitted throughout the house

Paul supplied and fitted carpet in all three bedrooms, landing, stairs hall and living room in one and a half days. He came with his assistant and both were on time, clean and tidy, polite and did a fantastic job, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Provided and fitted carpet and underlay for 2 bedrooms and lounge

Paul fitted three rooms of our flat with 80/20 carpet and 11mm underlay - they're really good quality and are fitted beautifully. He was in - and out - in exactly the time he said he would be, and was able to do the work when we needed it, which was really helpful. Paul was friendly and professional, we'd definitely recommend him if you need carpets fitted.
