“This man was very rude indeed and told me when I pointed out some dirt was still showing his words were 'I have done my back in and I'm sweating and your being picky and I will not be coming back here again'. I had asked him for a quote for the carpets when he first arrived but obviously didn't want to do them as he left in such a rush. He also got very rude when I said I wanted to ask my husband before I had to sign to say I was happy with his work. Under duress I did sign although I was not happy with his attitude and he really upset me. I never want to talk or see him again.”

When the lady called initially my 6th sense told me that it wouldn't be straightforward. You get that feeling sometimes. I told her that the suite wouldn't be perfect after 10 years usage, but it was almost perfect. I worked extremely hard on it, as I always do. I did say that my back was hurting afterwards. It was a bit damp, it does take a few hours to dry. Hence it was a bit darker on that area. I feel I was not rude at all when she asked her husband about signing the paperwork. After 1,100 delighted clients. I believe that prospective customers will gather that this is something I couldn't avoid. Note to self - Take more notice of my 6th sense in future. It always seems to be correct.
