Fixed several telephone points.
Bill was very polite and arrived on time. He had given an email quote which he stuck to and even managed to fix another socket whilst here. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bill and would use him again in the future.

Advice on how to fix broadband problem.
I emailed Bill about a problem with my broadband, which wouldn't connect for more than an hour or so from the extension socket before falling out, but which did work ok from the main BT socket - and yet the phones were unaffected. Expecting to wait for a day or two, I was pleasantly surprised to have a phone call from Bill after an hour or so, saying that he had (already!) sent me a reply to my email, which I hadn't yet seen, but he thought it would be better to explain what he was saying in person.  He thought it was something I could fix myself if I followed his instructions - which I duly did. And no visit meant no charge!  You couldn't ask for a more helpful, friendly and courteous approach.

Fix phone/ broadband line fault
I had an inconsistent phone/ broadband line which Bill was able to rectify in his usual very efficient, friendly and informative manner.  I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone

Proving of fault and change the socket
I had the telephone problem that mystify the logic in that I can access the internet but cannot use the telephone to call out or receive the call (I have broadband that shares the same cable as the telephone).  BT said it was not the problem at their end. So after reading a good review of Bill Hussey, I decided to give Bill a call.  Bill is very helpful. He is trying to help to work out what the problem is and I can see that if the problem is trivial he will just tell me what to do and I can fix it from the free advice.  I am very much appreciated the approach that he does not think of just making the money and would willing to help over the phone if it is very simple to rectify it. However, after checking as he suggested, my telephone was still not working, so I call him out to fix it.  Bill is informative and after the test it proved that the socket had developed a fault and Bill just changed the socket for me. The charge is as on his website and very reasonable indeed.  I am very pleased. Bill is honest, helpful, efficient and has a good sense of humour and I would highly recommend Bill to anyone.

Moved telephone point and outside wiring
Bill was early, very polite and very clean and tidy with his work.  Bill did exactly what we required and the cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend!!
