Problems with user name.

Virus removal, complete reinstall, repair dvd drive on laptop
My poor laptop was found to have over 100 viruses as well as having a malfunctioning dvd drive. Pierre was up front and honest in his diagnosis and possible solutions. He has sourced replacement parts at a reasonable cost for us as well. I would not have anyone else even look at our pc's - Pierre is the best!

Diagnosed failed PSU, supplied and installed new PSU and replaced DVD Rom with DVD RW.
Pierre delivered a fast and very efficient service. My computer returned to me within 24 hrs, as promised!

Supply universal laptop charger
As usual, Pierre came up trumps, at a price that no high street retailer could possibly match. He also made sure that the charger was compatable with my laptop and made it ready for use. I would never use anyone else for our pc needs.
