Supply universal laptop charger
As usual, Pierre came up trumps, at a price that no high street retailer could possibly match. He also made sure that the charger was compatable with my laptop and made it ready for use. I would never use anyone else for our pc needs.

Trouble shooting BT fault problem - made BT apologize and they completed work properly - not my equipment fault!
The PC Doctor has been a champion for me for several years now.  He is 100% correct on his trouble shooting and his ability to make major companies like BT correct their faulty lines thus saving me £££. BLESS THIS GREAT TECHNICIAN!!

Training in how to use Microsoft Excel.
This was a brilliant initiative from Pierre and a much needed one for busy people.  Pierre explained each step patiently (he needed to be with me!) and clearly and did not do on to the next one until each class member understood it fully. He also gave out clear and concise notes to take home which I now use for practice. Well worth the price and I will definitely consider another class.

Finding and fixing problems on both my husbands and my computer.
Mr Towers gave me confidence in his work. He has made great efforts to get to the bottom of the trouble with my omputer, which was found to between AOL and BT, and he was persistent in "fixing it." I would recommend them.
