We had quotes from several companies and albeit Bubbles were both the cheapest quote but they came across as a proper company who backed their installations with a 5 year guarantee. We had a home visit the same day we spoke to them and the quote was turned around and fully itemised within 24 hours. The bathroom was fully fitted in 5 days and the finish exceptional, a real quality job. The tradesman were really friendly and they really helped us work around the fact it was the only toilet in the house, never leaving us without facilities. Security and trust is a big issue for us but we were totally happy leaving the guys working in the day whilst we were out. A couple of small snags were quickly rectified. They cleared all mess and tools away every day and hoovered regularly to avoid dust travel. The office were always available by email / phone whenever we had a query and Kate kept checking we were happy with the progress. The imagination in their design, finish and the customer service really were amazing and we are totally convinced we got the best value in town, and would happily recommend them to anyone! We will use them again in the future!

Our experience of Bubbles Bathrooms has been excellent from start to finish. The quality of the work carried out by the fitter Mick has been second to none. He was always there when he said he would be. The attention to detail he showed was superb. He always asked if we were happy with anything he was going to do before commencing the work. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would like to thank all the staff at Bubbles, Mark, Kate and Mick for making it such seamless process. The work was done on time. I had a call before the work was started then twice during the work to ensure all was going well. The fitter was very good and cleaned up every night and ensured at no time were we without water or WC.

Bubbles have been extremely professional in every aspect from design and quotation involving Mark to project management from Kate and excellent and friendly installation work from Mick. The team are approachable, flexible and willing always to consider the customer views. We changed our minds a few times during installation and it was never a problem. Mick is a great asset to Bubbles, he is a chirpy perfectionist with real ambition to carry out a quality job. He is extremely tidy carrying out his work, will regularly check you are happy with progress and nothing is too much trouble. The result for us is a great bathroom and wet room, never have two rooms received so much pride and joy, we regularly find ourselves in there to just admire them!

Just wanted to say how BRILLIANT Bubbles Bathrooms have been! This week I had a luxury walk in shower fitted in the bath space and the skilled fitter, Mick, was AMAZING. He arrive promptly every day and had a smile on his face all week, even though it ran into quite a few problems he sorted them. His finish was EXCELLENT. He was a tidy and neat worker, leaving everything good at the end of each day both inside and out. The finished thing looks even better than I imagined it would be. Thoroughly impressed with every aspect from quote all the way through to finish. Bubbles will not be the cheapest quote you get but go for them because they know what they are doing. Mick did all the plumbing, tiling, flooring fitting, sealing, pipe work, plastering, and carpentry ...everything... so we did not have a team of people coming to the house Totally confident in their expertise and confidence. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO NOWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND BEAUTIFUL FINISH.

Excellent service from start to finish. Mark was very helpful with the design and suite selection, he was really flexible and responsive to what we wanted. The installation went smoothly, it started on the day quoted and Mick was fantastic. He told us everything that was going on and checked with us on all the details so we got just what we wanted. Mick left the room tidy every night; it was really important to us that we at least had a shower head or taps we could use and we though we would have a couple of days without any water, but Mick made sure that were never without a bath which was fantastic. It made the whole process of getting a new bathroom fitted so much easier! The workmanship is to such a high standard, you couldn't fault a thing. We would definately recommend Bubbles Bathrooms.

Very pleased with the overall result. Took a bit longer than anticipated, mainly due to us wanting the same fitter, Dave, to finish the job and had to wait a week for him to come back off holiday, but that was our choice. Overall a good experience from our initial enquiry to the finished installation.

Having invited tenders from a small number of local bathroom providers and fitters we are delighted that we selected Bubbles. From the design stage (with Mark) to supply (Kate) and fitting (Mick), the team combined extremely efficiently and effectively and with a minimum of fuss. Mark's design was quick, easy to understand, adapt and visualise and he demonstrated great skill in using up-to-date design software. This high level of skill was mirrored by Mick who spent three weeks in our home, first gutting our old bathroom, meticulously tiling and then installing the new shower, sinks and vanity units, bidet and WC. His attention to detail was exemplary and the quality of his work was consistently to a very high standard indeed. He also made every effort to ensure that his presence was as unobtrusive as possible and generally his chirpy nature made the whole upheaval much more pleasurable than it could have been. Nothing has been too much trouble for Bubbles and we have been particularly impressed by the avoidance of any defensive behaviour over any minor product defaults or glitches along the way. The no-nonsense response and absolute desire to make everything as we wanted was incredibly refreshing and very much appreciated. This has continued post installation with more attentive customer service. We will not hesitate to use Bubbles again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

From design to completion, the project went without a hitch and to time. Mick was assiduous in laying and removing dust sheets each day throughout the house for his route from the front door all the way to the en-suite. We were consulted at all stages on heights, positions etc and were kept informed of progress. All 3 members of the team clearly take a pride in their work and were easy to get hold of if we had any queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

The work was completed. I was kept well informed. Things were tidy and I felt safe leaving them alone in the house. I was unhappy that the work was 8 working days late in being completed. That more plumbing was left exposed then I had been led to believe would be and it cost me an additional amount to sort this out. There were some electrical issues afterwards due to the subcontractor not being thorough enough, Bubbles got involved to sort this but it was a further hassle. I'd use them again for the all in one package and 5 year guarantee but did feel disappointments along the way. Would recommend negotiating a discount if work over runs and specify details carefully in the contract.

From start to finish Bubbles Bathrooms have been a pleasure to deal with. Mark did an excellent representation of the bathroom designs and instantly "got" what we were looking to do. He was also respectful of the fact that, for at least one of the bathrooms, we wanted to keep the costs down. The main reason for choosing Bubbles was Mark's customer service and the fact that they employed the plumber and project managed the work. The work was carried out by Mick who was fantastic and we were more than happy to leave him in the house alone to work. He did an excellent job and spoke to one of us most days to keep us informed of progress and to give us choices on positioning, heights etc. All in all, a first class service from start to finish and (though they're not aiming to be the cheapest) were not significantly more expensive than some other options we looked at and with significantly higher quality of service. Will definitely use again and can recommend them 100%.

We had wanted our 2 very old and dilapidated bathrooms completely ripped out and modernised but had absolutely no idea how to start the process and how to get this work done without making costly mistakes. Neither my husband and I are particularly design orientated or DIY inclined and needed a firm that would really hold our hands throughout the whole process. We also needed someone who could stand up to us and tell us when our ideas were not workable, work to a high standard and within a certain budget. We found all of that with Bubbles Bathrooms. We had a number of initial meetings about the sort of thing we would like where computer designs were made and then extremely well advised as to the ranges and the options available. The work was then carried out during the time span allotted, the workmen always clearing up after themselves every day and very easy to get along with and communicate. The work was done to a very high standard. We have ended up with 2 beautiful bathrooms that we are absolutely thrilled with and cannot recommend Bubbles highly enough. They are a professional family run firm who really care about doing a great job.

The team at Bubbles provided a thoroughly professional service. Mark listened carefully to our ideas and produced a near perfect scheme, with only minor changes. Not cheap but competitive pricing and quality products, Mark has a great knowledge of the available products and matching items. After a short delay in commencing the contract Mick, who undertook all the trades, worked solidly for 4 weeks to finish the job without a break. The work went on for nearly 4 weeks as there was a great deal of new plumbing work to be done. The en-suite did not have a toilet in when we moved into the house but this was no obstacle to Bubbles Bathrooms and their excellent plumber. The finish to all of their work is superb and I would recommend Bubbles every time.

Bubbles Bathrooms is a fantastic company that completely understands bathrooms/ensuites/cloakrooms and what works for the layout of each room. This is a company that also values its customers ensuring they are happy at every stage of the decision making process to the end when the rooms are fully functioning and looking amazing. Right from the very start when Mark went through all the options for the fixtures and fittings for our two rooms and provided a 3D drawing of what the end result would look like, to the professional workmanship of the "plumbers" who completed the installation work (they are much more than that with skills in many different areas such as plastering ceilings, building cupboards, tiling walls and of course drinking tea *ahem* I mean plumbing!), you couldn't fault them. This is the second time we've used Bubbles Bathrooms for work (previously a Bathroom and Ensuite) and they continue to deliver top quality installations with exceptional levels of after sales care. You do get what you pay for here and thankfully with no "hidden costs" or any "cowboy builder" work! - We know we wouldn't want to use anyone else!

We were updated on the progress on a daily basis and regularly consulted by the workman to ensure that the fitting was going to plan or to ensure items were fitted as required. The planning phase was very good with a detailed list of parts and work to be undertaken supplied. A convenient date and time was given for fitting the new bathroom. The fitter was very friendly and quality of workmanship was good. The fitter however was not an artexer and this caused some problems which took sometime to rectify. No problems with getting minor snags sorted.

The quality is excellent and the fitter was very skilled in the execution of the work. We cannot fault the installation, the only negative point is that we wanted the work complete whilst on holiday, however due to other planned commitment the work was not completed for 5 days after our return. All the intrusive work was completed and looking back did not cause to much inconvenience. By the time we returned from holiday the bath was working and the toilet, but the end result was worth waiting for.

This was an extension of a small existing bathroom into a cupboard in adjacent room to provide a wet room shower. The design was what had wanted whereas other companies had said it was not possible to do what we wanted. The computer design was what we had envisaged and the finished product matched the design with our own touches added. Really great standard of work. To be recommended.

Professional people carrying out professional work. We were consulted by the installers every step of the way and all our wishes were carried out, we were a bit concerned about having only one toilet but we were never without this use which says a lot for the considerations shown. We were amazed at the amount of work and hours put in by the installers and for giving up their bank holiday weekend to complete the work. The conversion was done to a very high standard and we are extremely please and satisfied with the finished product. WELL DONE BUBBLES BATHROOMS!

Just had bathroom re-planned by Bubbles and were extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish and as such booked in ensuite. Exactly as before the whole process was excellent and the end result was great. I wish all companies were was good to deal with as Bubbles are. Had a couple of snagging bits to do at end but they were done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anybody.

Excellent company to deal with, from planning to completion nothing was too much trouble. Quality of products and fitting were second to none. You get what you pay for. Fitters were wonderful, but could drink tea for Britain if there was an Olympic event in it!

We had our bathroom re-fitted in December 2009 - and I have to say it is an outstanding job done and completed with the highest degree of workmanship and professionalism. There was without doubt a problem or two here and there but the reaction of Bubbles bathrooms was second to none - they reacted and rectified to perfection. Job started when we were expecting and ran through until completion, no major issues to contend with or unforeseen expenses. Fitter was very polite and friendly with years of experience and more importantly he was honest. We are very happy with the end result and are just about to book our en-suite in. When a refit is new it should always look good but the proof of a good job is how it fares after 12 months use. I am pleased to say my new shower room looks as good as the day it was finished. It has been used daily for a full year or more since work was completed. Excellent fixtures, good workmanship and all delivered on time at the agreed price. I would not hesitate to recommend Bubbles.
