Mark and his colleague were punctual and very tidy. The work was done quickly and looks really good. We were charged exactly as the quote and having looked around the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Chichester windows. When mark came round to measure up there was no pressure to sign up there and then like some other double glazing companies want you to do. The quote was sent through the post and was competitive. The work was carried out very professionally from start to finish and there was no mess left behind.

We had all the windows and doors replaced, and a new conservatory erected. Mark and Paul were outstanding, the quality of workmanship was excellent, the finishing was very good. They were cheerful and polite, and cleared up after themselves every evening. Our house looks like a brand new home, and we are delighted. The cost was competitive and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a reliable service. I had several quotes and interviewed quite a few window companies before selecting Chichester windows, and I am happy to say that they were absolutely the right choice.

Mark Cole (proprietor) has the patience of a saint, I changed my mind about finishes and colours several times, as well as ringing him at least once a week before he started work with various worries, concerns and queries! We had three estimates for the works we required ,replacement windows and doors, even a new roof window in our existing conservatory , Mark gave us excellent advice on fire escapes and was the only company that was comfortable with cutting the new window in our conservatory, all our neighbours have commented on how good the replacements look and two have asked mark for estimates for there replacement windows and doors, excellent craftsmanship.

The work was carried out extremely well, at the time arranged and at a very competitive price. All very good quality products were used and I am delighted with the results. After the atrocious weather we have had, I called Mark regarding a very minor problem. He was with us at 9.30am the following morning and sorted it out within minutes. Nobody could ask for a better service. I was recommended to this company in the first place and have since recommended them to friends, who were more then pleased with the results.
