Construction of new extension for family room, utility room and garage.
This is the second large project Chris has done for us. It involved the demolition of two old extensions, moving a common foul water sewer, and then the construction of a new extension in their place. The new extension contains a family room, utility room and new garage, and is quite substantial. Chris project managed the ground work contractor and the builder, fitted new oak folding doors onto the patio and constructed the roof (including tiling, ridging and fitting all soffits, fascia and guttering). He also liaised with the electrician and plumber, making sure they had access on time. Chris kept the architect and building control inspector informed throughout the build (working well with both), and it all went extremely smoothly. Chris is 100% reliable, trustworthy and the kids love him!!! Would recommend without hesitation.

Replacement stair, handrail and balustrade
Thrilled to bits with out new stair balustrade fitted in solid oak. Very tidy work (as also commented by our neighbour). Thank you very much for doing a lovely job.

Loft conversion
Chris has done a fantastic job converting our loft (from a hip to a gable end with a rear dormer). He hung beautiful oak doors throughout (to meet fire regulations) and fitted a new oak banister from the ground floor up through the 1st and 2nd floors, which brings it all together wonderfully. He made the stairs himself and they are a work of art, even carving the new newel posts to match the original ones! The tiles hung on the gable end are a work of art (with traditional Sussex features). We are really pleased with his workmanship and work ethic. The whole project has exceeded our expectations and this is 100% down to Chris's professional approach.

Fitting work tops
Chris quoted to fit work tops and completed job within time frame and cost quotation. This is the second job that he has done for us - the first was to fit a new staircase and banister. Chris is hardworking and professional. He thrives on working to high standards and has a great eye for detail. I have already recommended to several friends.
